OG at 1.060, probably could have been higher but i under crushed the grains
I used 4 lbs of dry white rice, boiled in the kettle till cooked, then chilled down and mashed in.
Pitched @ 82F, temp dropped to 75F by the morning and was fermenting vigorously.
