Notes

Version 1 of recipe was a 2 gallon recipe and didnt account for boil off losses properly. I remember doing a 2 hour boil instead of a 1 hour boil to try and get closer to target volume and target OG. Notes were not good and I had written down an OG of both 1.042 and 1.054 on brew session notes. If this version (with a target OG of 1.055) doesn't turn out as intended, try a version that gives an OG of 1.042 and see if that changes it appropriately. FG should still end at 1.016
