This is likely a good candidate for full volume mashing.

Tweaking my standard Mild a bit after trying Machine House. Oats aren't to style, but hoping they might capture some of the softness of cask ale in a bottle.

Any hop is fine. Just looking for 15-20 IBU for balance. Citra is specified here because I know I have pounds of it in the freezer.
