Pitched yeast at ~70F. OG on 11/28/21 was 1.056. Approximately 6 gallons in primary fermenter. SG was 1.009 on 12/5/21. Bottled on 12/8/21 when SG was still 1.009. Used molasses as priming sugar. Made 55 12 oz. bottles.
