Notes

My first brew of this millennium.
The yeast powered through in about 24-48 hours. I used a Plaato bubble counting trap and a not very airtight bucket so missed most of the action as the device didn't count any bubbles at all. In fact I at first assumed that the yeast had failed until I measured the gravity.
Final Gravity 1.014.
Keg'd it 17/12 100gms priming sugar.
