Started with 14 gallons - 12.5 gallons after mash - ended up short, maybe 9.5 gallons in the buckets.

Mashed about 150

The plan here is to keep 5gal as the recipe indicates.

The other 5gal will use saison yeast and rack over onto oak chips and grape skins that just happened to be available from a red wine kit we just made. Also now since the keg came up light, I will top it off with the wine to fill the keg. Kind of a wine saison beer experiment. What could go wrong?
