Notes

Essentially, just mash the grains like normal (I do higher to get more sweetness). Then boil for 10 minutes and add some aroma hops. Then pour that into 3.75 gallons of Apple Cider (represented by cane sugar addition) in the fermenter. Chill to pitching temp and pitch yeast.
