Brewed 08/15/21. Not sure if the oats milled properly; mill separately next time. Mash with 17 L of water with 3 g gypsum and 0.5 ml lactic; water temp 164, mash temp 153, 1 hr hold. Then add 2 L of 150 F water and run off. Fill cooler to top with 190 F water (w/1.5 ml lactic acid), run off, collect 26 L. Boil, cool to 80 F and pitch dregs from 500 ml starter.
