Mashed in & let sit, temp get down to 63 Deg c from 70 in 30 mins and held around there for another 30.
Sparged, but emptied mash tun water much quicker than HLT water was going in. Emptied all into BK and followed recipe.
Used 5mg of yeast (hydrated)
Added dry hop in after 3 days. Only 25g of galaxy.
