FrankenFordy IPA is not a monster IPA, it is a Frakenstein concoction of leftovers I had in the beer fridge that seemed to work as a reasonable West Coast Style IPA. If I make this again I'll go with 5 lbs. of DME and forgo the corn sugar. First batch of 5.5 gals is in the fermenter. OG is 1.061with toasty and spicey flavors.
