not a Sierra nevada pale ale clone... didn't do a good job of cold crashing and it ended up basically a HAZY pale ale. unfavorable bitterness/flavor/aroma.

too much C60.

Not very citrusy from the 100f Voss ferment. maybe should have fermented at room temp?
