Notes

Can use different hops for hopstand and dryhop. Experiment by making 10gal and try different hops in 4-2 1/2 gal batches.

Brewed 5 gallons. Split into 2.5 gallon batches. First one transferred to Fermzilla and cold crashed with 3 oz of hops. Should be half that much! Will check after 24 hours.

Taste of Strata/Cashmere-Hop forward with citrus and tropical fruit

Taste of Mandarina Bavaria-Hop forward with orange notes
