Notes

aiming for something between Le chouffe and affligem, more on the le chouffe side but with some biscuity character
from https://byo.com/recipe/belgian-blond/ and notes from Jamil lecture Keep it simple

This had a bit of hop burn but wasn't quite enough to balance the sweetness. Not the worst but I would try a different approach next time, possibly increasing the grainbill and doing a cold mash.
