Notes

Fermented in a pressure vessel ( Fermzilla Allrounder 30L ) @ 20 PSI and 26 C. Fermentation completed in 3 days.

Well rounded flavour profile, fairly dry with malty flavours offsetting the bittering. Very clean tasting with very little in the way of esters. Toffee notes with very pleasant bittering after-taste.

The end result was a little darker than it was supposed to be so next time I would use a lighter crystal malt.
