Notes

Steep grains in 2.5 gallons of water at roughly 165-170F for 30 min in a grain bag. Remove and add LME and water to get to a 6.5gal pre-boil volume. Boil for 90min, with hop addition at 60min. Cool to 70F and pitch yeast. Ferment in primary for 2 days at 65F, raise temp to 68F for 5 days after that. Rack to secondary for 2-4 weeks at 66F. Bottle or keg after.
