Brewed on 2/26/20221
I bought this kit from MoreBeer. The original name was StrataGem. I changed the hopping timing around to make it a bit hoppier.

Strike temp = 8.5 gallons at 157 degrees F. Mash temp = 150 degrees F for 60 minutes.

SG = 11.8 brix = 1.0475 g/L (7 gallons)
OG = 5.5 gallons at 15.1 Brix (1.0616 g/L)
FG = 1.011 g/L on March 7, 2021. Legged all 5 gallons.

Pitched Verdant IPA yeast (dry) directly into wort (60 degrees F). I will let it free rise.
