Notes
Roast unsweetened coconut for 20-25 minutes at 325 until golden brown. Add to Primary/Secondary and keep tasting until the flavor is where you want it. Add them to a bag and throw them in the fermenter, will likely lose too much to trub if outside of a bag.
Added 1lb to boil and 2.5 to secondary
Whitbread character overpowered coconut. Switch to S-04/S-05 for future brew.
