Temp 22 till ferm start, 23 till 1.018ish then raise to 24 till finish.
when brewed pressure was at 30psi for a day (accident) keep pressure at 10psi.
High krausen DH for 3 days. once removed D-Rest @ 25 for 2 days
Cold crash to 13 then DH for 2 days. chill to 3 and keg
Pre boil 1.049
