Brewed this twice. once with US 05 and once with Lallemand Voss Kveik. Both were kegged, carbonated and ready to drink in one week from brew day. Both were very pleasant and easy to drink. When served very cold it goes down like water with Just a hint of bitterness. Nice 1/4" head of foam with small bubbles when served at 6 to 8psi. I have had numerous requests to brew it again with the Kveik batch getting the most requests.
