Notes
Prepare a 1.0L starter the day before. Use counterflow chiller and circulate 10min prior to end of boil. Add last hop addition and immediately begin to chill while recirculating. Divert to fermenter when kettle reaches 160F. Oxygenate starter then pitch.
Wonderful! Consider exchanging 1lb 2-row for Pilsner malt.
