Notes

Super low efficiency due to an experimental mash setup - did not have a 10gal cooler so I did two mashes in a 5 gal cooler. Mash recipe was split in half and two mash batches were done, each was batch sparged which may have also lowered efficiency.

Hops were free, homegrown. Hence the ridiculous amount used. I do not think IBU's will end up as high as calculated. Hops retain a lot of water, whole hops were put in muslin bag and boiled in the wort that way, when removed the bags were lightly squeezed until the hops retained only a moderate amount of water.
