Notes

I can't speak for how well this turned out I got a little heavy handed with the salt 2-3 grams over and rather than re do it I said "what's the worst that could happen" Turned into a malt bomb and I didn't get the flavor I wanted out of the cashmere(melon bomb honey dew esque). Personally I hated this beer but Id also eat dog food over a honey dew melon. To change id mash a little lower and build my water more balanced if not more hop forward. As for the yeast it preformed beautifully super clean with no apparent esters and the beer was pretty much crystal clear during transfer after cold crashing. The two people I actually let try it enjoyed it so it wasn't a total failure I think I just really hate melon. What would have saved this beer for me would have just been that nice crispiness of a classic pils that this just didn't have because my water.
