Great flavor with the cookie and cara malt, nice hop profile in the background. A little thin bodied, but I think it's because I mashed at a lower temp (65C to 64C by the end). S-33 yeast was a good choice for this beer, though it ended up quite high in gravity. The beer still has a balanced, or even dry finish. I think this is a great recipe to build on. I would definitely use this again for winter beers!
