A beautiful beer. This is a recipe that Ron Pattinson built from an 1898 Fullers AK recipe. Very simple, but makes me think Fullers ESB lite and it will remain a main member of my portfolio. Can't remember using this yeast before, but it's great. Great flavor with some distinct fruitiness that is so common in British ales.
Up carbonation to 2.4 next time. Ad 1/4 lb carmel malt.
