6/6/2020 10:09:28 AM : Strike temp 175F, Started Mash temp 161, stirred for 10 minutes and added ice to bring it down to 151F mash temp

6/6/2020 11:06:13 AM : Sparge water, heated to 173, transfered to cooler. now at 167


6/6/2020 11:44:59 AM : Mash out temp 151. Approx 1.5 gallon in mash. 8 gallon in kettle

6/6/2020 3:34:06 PM : chilled only down to 79
with submersion chiller, need more ice. ordered rock salt and shorter hose between chillers. placed empty carboy in freezer to chill before transfer of wort.
