Notes

Heat 5.5 gallons of strike water to 160F.
Add water to mash tun and then add grain.
Mix until saturated & add water additives to lower or raise pH+
(optional).
Heat x gallons of sparge water to 168F and then add to mash tun
Mash out into boil kettle.
Raise temp to boiling (212F) and begin timer for 60 minutes.
Add oz, oz, & oz boil hops at 60 minutes remaining (in the boil).
Add oz, oz, & oz hops with 30 minutes remaining (in the boil).
Flame out 1 hour after boil began.
Begin chilling and add oz, oz, & oz whirlpool hops.
Transfer to sanitized fermenter when temp reaches below 68F.
Aerate the wort by rocking the (closed) fermenter.
Pitch yeast (WLP013).
