If sparging is an issue, either add rice hulls or possibly add a beta glucan rest to reduce viscosity.

Had 3.25 gal post boil, but 2.75 into the carboy due to hop absorption loss.

Last two dry hop additions (1 oz Citra and Simcoe) are in the keg, left in until kicked...
