Notes

Includes the adjustments called for by Michael T in his fourth PL1 trial. Hopshot was replaced by Columbus pellets. Mash temp lowered by one degree. Munich malt reduced. High BU/GU ratio. Commercial ABV is 6.8%, SRM is 11, FG is 1.008 so looking for higher attenuating yeast - may call for ramping ferm temp and/or rousing, less roasted barley.
