Put the carboy in the freezer overnight-oops. Was partially frozen- I watched hops sinking to the bottom. Beer smelled great and tasted a bit alcoholy. Should be just shy of 10%. 23lbs co2 |

It's taken awhile but this batch has improved very nicely. Taste is round and mouthfeel is perfectly full. Definitely darker than most IPAs, the hops are slightly muted but the malt isn't sweet. Threats makes this beer though it doesn't taste Scottishy. Can't taste 10% abv at all. |
