Notes

Apartment Brewer German Pils 10 gallon batch.
Ferment at 50 F or lower for 2 weeks.
Rise to 70 F for 2-3 days.
Rack to kegs and add gelatin.
Mix 14 g gelatin in 1-2 cups hot water (160 F) and add to keg
Lager for 2 weeks or more.
Carbonate and bottle.
