Notes

Water calculation: 9CHK5JM

Using 3/4 oz. dry sweet orange peel.
Using 3/4 oz. rushed Coriander

Volume of strike water: 25.3 (Quarts) = 6.3 Gal

Temperature of strike water: 154°F
Target 149.0
25.3 Quarts @ 154 °F
Qt. / Lb. 3.0

Rice Hulls
60 oz. = wheat malt and oats X 5% = 3 oz. rice hulls

PACKAGING NOTES:
Brewhouse efficiency was only 60% but there was a lot of wort loss due to excessive amounts of trub in my boiler and I could not get all of the wort without risk of contamination.
TASTING NOTES:
9/7/2025 packaging tasting note (warm beer, not carbonated) is that the beer is somewhat sweet, (Safale SO4), easy to drink, the orange and coriander are not overwhelming in any way, the beer lacks complexity, Carbonation will change things.
