Notes

The boiling addition was a 10ml centennial hopshot. The volume in this Brewers Friend recipe is based on what 90 an IBU (for 5 gallons) would be. Expecting 40-50% of the ISO alphas to drop out (based on Revolution Head Brewer's talk at our local homebrew meeting).

> I set out to make a Double IPA (not hazy) here, but landed closer to an American Strong Ale. This would need less munich and crystal malt for an IPA to my liking. Also, perhaps mix in some pilsner malt for some of the 2-row
