Notes

Mash/Extract brewing method.

Using SLC, UT's own Solstice Malt floor malted 2 row pale.

Mash tun only holds 9 lbs of grain.

The mash wort is drained into the brew kettle containing the malt extract, and is held at 153 degreees during batch sparge to increase the malt extract fermentability (nod to Chris Colby and Jamil Zainasheff.)

Based on Mean Brews suggested Brown IPA malt percentages (base, crystal, toasted, roasted, adjunct.)
