Notes

Pumpkin Prep: Bake fresh pie pumpkins cleaned and sliced with rinds on, brown sugar coating on flesh, 1.25 hours @ 375F, cool, remove rinds, cube into 1 inch cubes, place in fine mesh bag and pre-heat in oven to 155 F for several hours before placing in mash tun after mash-in.
Tea Prep: Steep 25 bags Yogi Pumpkin Spice Tea in 1 L boiled/hot RO Water for 30 minutes, add vanilla extract and bring to boil then cover during cooling before adding to secondary.
