mash in at 150 with 3.5 gallons de-chlorinated filtered water for 60 minutes.
added 6 grams of gypsum and 2.6 ounces of phosphoric acid.
adhered to hop schedule until 10 minutes where 1 oz of crystal and 1 oz of apollo were added.
2 oz of amarillo added at flame out.
