My Brewing:

I've been brewing for about 18 months now. Probably about a dozen batches. Currently only doing partial mash brewing.

My dream is to retire to an island and open up a micro brewery.

My Beers:

California Common, Chinook IPA, Irish Stout, Ginger Tangerine IPA. IIPA's. Chile Chocolate Stout.
Currently I have my Cascading Hop Warrior in secondary.
