Notes: Brewing Process
1. Mash @152 degrees for 60 min - No mash out this batch.
2. Pull grain basket from the kettle - let set for 10 min.
3. Raise temp to 207 degrees to boil for 60 min.
4. Hop/Fining Additions
1) @60 min - 1 oz. Motueka
2) @15 min - 1 oz. Motueka
3) @15 min - 2 tablets of Whirlfloc
4) @5 min - 1 oz. Motueka
5) @Flame out - 1 oz. Motueka
Whirlpool - circulate the wort for 15 min. while temp. drops naturally
*We used 2 hop baskets which might make the beer more 'limey' because of Motueka hop profile. If too 'limey,' use less hops.

Diacetyl Rest from 4/17/21- 4/21/21

Cold Crashed from for 24 hours at 32 degrees and rest at 37 degrees
3/19: 6 gallon transferred into fruiting fermenter. Mango used 3 lbs. frozen mango and 1 1/2 tbsp. of Mango flavoring.
3/25: Cold Crash JTL
3/19: 4.5 gallons in keg
