Brewing Process
- Mash @152 degrees for 60 min - No mash out this batch.
- Pull grain basket from the kettle - let set for 10 min.
- Raise temp to 207 degrees to boil for 60 min.
- Hop/Fining Additions
1) @60 min - 1 oz. Motueka
2) @15 min - 1 oz. Motueka
3) @15 min - 2 tablets of Whirlfloc
4) @5 min - 1 oz. Motueka
5) @Flame out - 1 oz. Motueka
Whirlpool - circulate the wort for 15 min. while temp. drops naturally
*We used 2 hop baskets which might make the beer more 'limey' because of Motueka hop profile. If too 'limey,' use less hops.
