I was missing chinook, so only the small fermenter had chinook, the other one had 50g of columbus total.
I also added to both (for each) around 15g of columbus and 15g of strata for the 75C hop stand. |

Notes: Added 1 TBS of Coriander to enhance grapefruit notes @ 15 to boil. All grains were milled three times. Flaked wheat not milled. Using 8.20 gals resulted in 5.5 gals in kettle (with hops socks still in) and 4.75 gals in fermenter. Thus had to add 1 gal tap water to fermenter. First OG reading was 1.81 @ 88 degrees F. Lots of solids! After adding 1 gal water to fermenter, OG is 1.054 @ 71 degrees F. |
