Tsp dried lemon peel - together with dry hopping.

late hops: ended up using Polaris (AA 19.4) at 15 min. and whirlpool at 80oC and at dry-hopping after the end of fermentation. I could not find Polaris in the popup table.

The aroma hops (0 min) were left steeping overnight during the passive cooling of the wort.
