Notes

I prepared the recipe as described and pitched Notty into it as stated. Then I fired it up again and added a pound of sugar and 3 oz of citra, brought it up to a boil and then chilled for the the other half of the batch (brought the OG up from 1.052 all the way up to 1.068 and then pitched S-05). Dry hopping with another 3 oz citra 2 days before kegging.
