Notes

Fast fermenting light Blonde Ale on the high end of the ABV range for the style with American malts and Voss Kveik!

Acid malt percentage is based off of desired pH drop. I used Primo brand bottled water with a reported pH of 6.3.

With double milling my grains, my actual OG was 1.052. I was aiming to ferment at 90° but ended up at ~80°. AFter 24hrs of fermentation, the beer was at 1.023.

~Edited 5/12/2020 to lower Carapils %
