Notes

This beer was delicious! I was a bit disappointed during the lagering phase. The lime I was hoping to get from the motueka hops didn't come through at all until about 3 weeks. At 3 weeks of lagering, it really started to come through and all the flavors were melding really well. Nice bready backbone with the hint of lime from the hops. Dry hop could be increased a little bit but I wouldn't go crazy. Maybe up it to 2.5oz in the DH...

Update 05/10/2021
Brewed this again. As it was previously, this was a hit with our Howler club. Increased the dry hop to 2.5oz and it worked perfectly. Great, subtle lime flavor/aroma from the Motueka. This was definitely more clear than the last one as well. This will be one of our regular rotations for sure!
