So this is a recipe based on John Palmer’s Victory and Chaos IPA, but adapted for German market ingredients.
This was my first brew and I’m so pleased with it! Nice and hoppy. Low carbonisation as I’m not a big bubble fan.
I think I will repeat the recipe but with a smaller grain bill in order to lower the ABV as 6% is a little strong for a session, but a couple are lovely.

2.25kg British Pale Ale Malt
0.115kg Crystal 20L
0.115kg Munich Malt
14g Nugget (12%) at 60 minutes
30g East Kent Goldings (5%) at 15 min.
14g East Kent Goldings (5%) at 5 min.
White Labs WLP013 London Ale yeast
2,25x Pale Ale Malz geschrotet
0,115x Münchner Malz Typ 2 geschrotet
0,115x CARAPILS® geschrotet
14x Nugget
44x Golding
1x Lallemand Nottingham Ale
