Washed grains with 2 full jugs of water after mash.
90min boil.
Added ~500mm water due to longer boil time.

Re-used jar of harvested yeast and pitched additional packet of 34/70

Fermented 10 degrees for 8 days then fridge turned off and rose to 24 by accident. Took sample and tasted ok so hopefully no biggy as fermentation was pretty much done.

Delicious! A beautiful drop. Not overly sweet. Great chocolate and coffee flavours. Highly recommend giving a go.
