Notes

1) Fermenting: 3.5 days yeast were active, T ~20-22 grad
2) Dry-hopping start on day 4: 100 gr of hops in the metal tube, + 5 sugar pills for reactivation of yeast + moving fermenter to the bathroom (raising temp) for diacetyl rest --> 5 days
3) Sun-Mon we will be bottling for the secondary fermentation in bottles
