Notes
Hold mash at 149 degrees until enzymatic conversion is complete. Infuse mash with nearly boiling water while stirring or recirculating mash. Raise temperature to mash out at 168 degrees. Sparge at 170 degrees. Collect wort in boil kettle at around 6.5 gallons with a gravity of 1053.
90 Minute boil with 1st hop edition at 60 minutes. 2nd hop editions at flame out. Irish moss at 15 minutes.
Ferment at 67 degrees. Pitch 2 packages of liquid yeast.
White labs WLP001 was used. Wyeast 1056
