Got 80% efficiency by cracking grain twice fast.
used 14.5g of dex per 1250ml beer to prime.(.5% abv so final abv would be around 4.9%.
Tasting-9/10 awesome simple sessional beer, bitterness was balanced slightly towards bitter just slightly will try 20 ibu next time. light dry body & the yeast was the star of the show.
A VERY session-able beer
Very yummy & so easy to make.
