Starting mash temp = 152 degrees
Ending mash temp = 150 degrees
Added 3 tsp yeast nutrient and 1 tsp Irish moss at 15 minutes left in boil with the sugar addition
Accidently froze the yeast, will see if they are ok.
OG = 1.060
Active fermentation 16 hours after pitching at 74 degrees.
Gravity on 9/26/20 = 1.013
Gravity on 10/4/20 = 1.007
