Notes

Didn't bother rehydrating yeast, just pitched dry. Used 3 packets of yeast due to higher ABV. Left in fermentor for almost 3 weeks then cold crashed and kegged.

Flavors are really nice and completely different than many NEIPAs I've had lately.
